This is such a fun site!! I was just experimenting in the kitchen last night with cauliflower. I was making them into "mashed potatoes". purreed them and boiled off with chicken stock and added a mixture of cardamom, star anise and nutmeg and finished them with a little bit of gruyere. different but yummy and went will with roasted chicken. I am excited to try some of your recipes.

Hi Saroja,

I've just announced "Recipes for the rest of us ", an event to showcase extremely simple recipes, which would motivate first time cooks. It would be great to have you participate.

/ I Look forward to your entries
