<description>Well nice dishes on your websites. Though I make Carrot Halwa little differently. Will let u know the recipe if u want. Moreover, I make Brinjal Halwa. The recipe is on my blog. It is really tasty and if you do not tell the person eating it, he will not realize that it is made of Brinjal. We had a funny incident. One person was invited for lunch when I was small and my mother cooked Brinjal Halwa. We were not aware that he disliked Brinjal very much. But he helped himself to 3-4 servings of the Brinjal halwa and then asked what is this lovely halwa made off. When my mother told, he was stunned. He said if u had said before I would have never tasted. Anyways, try out and let me know.
