It is really tasty and if you do not tell the person eating it, he will not realize that it is made of Brinjal. We had a funny incident. One person was invited for lunch when I was small and my mother cooked Brinjal Halwa. We were not aware that he disliked Brinjal very much. But he helped himself to 3-4 servings of the Brinjal halwa and then asked what is this lovely halwa made off. When my mother told, he was stunned.
